Violation may result in suspension or permanent ban.
If you believe a cancellation fee was charged incorrectly, you may request a through the Pink Taxi app or by contacting our support team.
A cancellation fee is applied to compensate drivers for the time, effort, and fuel spent traveling to the pickup location.
You may be charged a cancellation fee if any of the following occurs:
(a) The ride is cancelled 5 (Five) minutes or more after the driver has accepted the booking; or
(b) The driver cancels the ride after waiting at the pickup location for 3 (three) minutes or more.
However, a cancellation fee will not be charged if the driver arrives more than 5 (five) minutes later than the estimated time of arrival (ETA) shown in the app.
Pink Taxi is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.
Riders may contact support for assistance in coordinating recovery.
Drivers operate as independent contractors.
